Rental Information
Fees
The School District reserves the right to charge for facility use, custodial services, security, snow removal, equipment, and other reasonable costs associated to non-school use of Warren buildings and grounds. Deposits may be required for facility or service fees, including equipment use. if facilities or equipment is damaged, then the sponsoring organization will be charged for repair or replacement. Billing information will be provided prior to PERMIT approval.
No facility rental fees will be charged to direct school-related activities such as school clubs, extra-curricular activities, adult education, camps, tutors, booster groups, youth athletic leagues, WAEF, 4-H clubs, scouts, PTA. School-related groups may receive a custodial charge when proper supervision or custodial services must be performed outside the normal custodial operation, or security charges as appropriate for large events.
