Good Afternoon Warren Students, Families, and Staff,
Although technically we are on spring break, I know I speak for all of us in that we miss our students and our staff being in our schools. It is my hope that through all of the efforts being put in place to slow the spread of the virus that we can finish our school year together the way we started it.
Starting tonight, we will begin offering a Wednesday evening distribution of food at Post Road Christian Church from 5:30 - 7:00. Families should use the south entrance of the church parking lot and go to the Family Life Center door. Again this will be available each Wednesday evening from 5:30-7:00. Our other 9 locations will continue to offer meals Monday - Friday between 11-1. Each Friday, additional food will be shared to assist families for the weekend.
If you find yourself in need beyond what is being offered, a District Community Outreach hotline and email have been created. You can either call 317-869-4308 or email MSDWarrenOutreach@warren.k12.in.us with your information. Someone from the district will contact you as soon as possible.
Due to the extended closure of our schools until at least May 1st, our district team is working on Learn at Home learning experiences for our PK-8 students and eLearning experiences for our 9-12 students. These will be shared with students and families the week of April 13. This will allow our administrators and all of our teachers time to work together to provide a meaningful learning experience for our students.
Please continue to monitor our website, mobile app, school newsletters, and our social media Twitter and Facebook accounts for updated information. Be safe Warrior Nation.
